Wil Matthews’ YSI partnership is with his two kids, Oliver (2014) and Santiago (2017).  Wil is an Executive Director in Audit Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Montana Compliance Department.   Wil oversees audit engagements, compliance with internal and external policies and procedures, and drives the data analytics strategy within the department.  Prior to joining Audit Services, Wil managed the Financial Reporting & Analysis team responsible for producing the external financial statements and supporting schedules.

Wil joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Montana in 2011 with over 12 years of audit experience, with 10 of those years being with large public accounting firms, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young.  Wil is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame and has completed a Data Science Micro Credential with DePaul University.
