DAVID FEINBERG Board Member David Feinberg joined CCLF in 2021 as the Director of Coaching and Knowledge Transfer. NEIL VINCENT Board Member Neil is the father of player Dylan Vincent (2012), who has been playing with YSI since 2017. Originally from New Orleans, Neil moved to Chicago in 1995 to pursue a doctorate at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Jane Addams College of Social Work. He is a Professor of Social Work at DePaul University, where he teaches program evaluation among other courses. Neil has over 30 years of experience working in, developing, and evaluating community-based organizations. He brings these career skills to help develop The YSI Foundation. JOSE PIñA "PECO" Board Member, CO-FOUNDER José Piña grew up in Chile and has played soccer all his life. He holds that South American passion for “the beautiful game.” In Chile he played at college level and until recently, he played at the highest amateur level in the State of Illinois.
