Neil is the father of player Dylan Vincent (2012), who has been playing with YSI since 2017. Originally from New Orleans, Neil moved to Chicago in 1995 to pursue a doctorate at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Jane Addams College of Social Work. He is a Professor of Social Work at DePaul University, where he teaches program evaluation among other courses. Neil has over 30 years of experience working in, developing, and evaluating community-based organizations. He brings these career skills to help develop The YSI Foundation. He is a life-long lover of the beautiful game and played it as a youth through high school. He has been a board member since 2019.
